David is a parent of a former collegiate Baseball baseball player who attended Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania.  His son Cameron Knott had a very successful baseball career and in 2015 pitched in the Division 2 College World Series.  David saw the difference with Cameron using the Strikeout Strippz and that is how Perfect Throw USA came to fruition.

David has been able to develop over the last 45 years a strong reputation in the building development / construction industry in both the residential and commercial sector.  He is known by some as a Master builder because of his uncanny knack for attention to detail and timely response to finishing projects.

He is also the founder and Chief Executive officer of a 501- C3 Non – Profit organization called, The VFR – Veterans & First Responders.  The VFR effort is 100% directed towards the first responder community of Military, Fire & Police. Due to career fatigue that can lead to devastating results at times. The VFR is spearheading to create the very first campus in the United States for these 3 responders groups, a place specifically designed for them to decompress, relax, rejuvenate & recover from the career fatigue.
David’s son Cameron no longer wears a baseball uniform, instead he now wears a blue uniform every day serving and protecting the City of Cleveland.  David is now a police officer Dad.  “most people never meet their Heroes, I raised mine!” . . . . .
